On this site I will share with you my journey of how to turn back time and have the energy, health and fitness of a healthy person half my age. At no cost to you.
Today I am 51 years of age. I am currently turning back time with my energy, health and fitness.
(Now 56 years of age as of February 12, 2016 and still improving)
I currently have very high energy
I am very healthy
And easily keep pace with most 26 year olds in my exercise classes
(It’s getting easier there now 28 years old)
My goal is to have the energy, health and fitness of a healthy person half my age for the rest of my life
I will share with you my easy to follow basic system, to help you have the proper nutrition, activity and rest to allow your body to reach optimal health.
